In addition, support the Senior Manager, HR and the HRD to Provide the best HR learning solutions to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people. Key Responsibilities Focus and drive the HR priorities of Culture; Leadership; Performance; Diversity and One EM Create an annual L&D plan working closely with all People Managers to ensure that learning needs analysis are done on time and in full, challenging and coaching where necessary to find the right training solutions for employees Develop learning programs each year that supports our high-performance culture and the growth of all employees Research and work with external partners that can deliver against our training needs Manage all aspects of the WSP submission, working closely with the Payroll Manager and HR Administrator Work closely with the Senior Manager HR to ensure that the Retail team have clear learning interventions relevant to their growth Be the SPOC for all L&D matters, as well as any global programs to ensure that we deliver them effectively in South Africa Manage all aspects of the L&D budget, tracking the spend as well as creating metrics to review quarterly on the company’s ROI Act as the SPOC for South Africa, including Talent Management and roll out all relevant global material and initiatives in a timely manner Support the Senior HR manager and HRD to ensure that all aspects of staffing, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits for all employees are delivered timely and in accordance with relevant local labor and commercial legislation, in line with corporate guidelines, the global policy manual and best industry practices Ensure high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching and training and development of staff Manage and support on any specific Strategic HR Projects to drive maximum business value both in Retail and Back Office Key Relationships All People Managers in South Africa Peers and Managers in other Emerging market countries HR network across Emerging markets Local training vendours Global Talent partners Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have the ability to interact at the highest levels of the company and manage multiple stakeholders Proven experience as a Learning and Development practitioner Strong coaching and facilitation skills necessary to support training in the business and drive a high-performance team culture A good understanding of the business i.e. retail and commercial MS-Office skills Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on HR or personnel administration or related field At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in a Learning and Development or Talent management role... - Permanent - Full-time
