Ensuring consistent deployment throughout EM South, delivering on all relevant Brand KPIs with focus on NPS. Implement and execute all BOS Brand Activations (incl. Sports Marketing) along the defined brand calendar. Key Responsibilities Drive the execution of the EM South Brand Marketing BOS activation calendar and drive local market initiatives where relevant Manage assigned BOS categories (Running and HBS) Manage assigned BOS MWB across EM South in alignment with Supervisor Ensure a cross department pre- and post ROI analysis of all assigned BOS MWB spending – max the return on all MWB investments! Manage EM South Communities, according to global/ EM direction, including budget allocation, contracts, relationships and activation executions. Ensure a world class BOS campaign execution by focusing on brand priorities, such as key city as well as key categories, open source and speed. Drive EM South BOS Brand KPIs and monitor Brand Health via tracking studies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor KPI’s Brand Health KPIS (Brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, Spontaneous purchase intent, etc.) * BOS FPS Market Sales vs. Plan Market Direct Brand Contribution vs. Plan D2C traffic and conversion pre- and post ROI analysis Key Relationships Senior Manager Brand Activation BOS & Core and entire Marketing team Channels EM South EM BOS Brand Activation team External Agencies Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Significant knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred) Professional attitude and strong relationship management Marketing budget Management Advanced user of MS Office suite of products Experience in both market and above market organization preferred Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications University degree in Business or a minimum of 4-6 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing Fluent in English... - Permanent - Full-time
