Detail Company: Well established mining company Location: Northern Cape Date Posted: 13th May 2019 Industry: Mining Nationality: Open Salary: Neg depending on exp Qualifications: Btech HR / Diploma / relevant qualification Assignment: 1-year fixed term contract Job Description Fulfill the role of an HR Business Partner comprehensively Operate and participate in Human Resource related meetings Assist with wage negotiations Disciplinary hearing CCMA cases and advise and provide assistance to line managers on HR/IR related issues Advise Line Managers and employees on proper procedures and practices in line with company policies Full responsibility over the compliance to Corporate Human Resource policies and procedures providing assistance to line managers in successfully and effectively handling employees Provide assistance to Managers through the Performance Management process Participate in HR/IR, training and productivity projects Talent management responsibility involving recruitment and selection Aid in Training and Development of employees Maintain close standings with all employees to perceive potential workplace issues and recommend necessary action Full responsibility for handling disciplinary and grievance hearings from setup to coordination Provide assistance in compiling periodic, statistical and project reports Minimum Requirements Btech HR / Diploma / relevant qualification Certificate in IR / Conflict Management related preferred Minimum 8 years’ experience as an IR / HR specialist within a mining environment. Proven track record with CCMA representation and other elements of Conflict Management. Previous experience in preparing and submission of Social Labour Plan (SLP) and Mining Charter (MC). Strong negotiations skills Working knowledge of an HRIS preferably SAGE People / VIP.
