In addition this proactive financially minded team play will also be responsible for the preparation and interpretation of management information to support management in achieving the business objectives whilst ensuring that monthly deadlines are met. · Preparation of monthly management packs and head office reporting · Analysis and investigation of anomalies and variances to budget and prior year figures · Reviewing business processes, develop solutions and making recommendations to management · Preparation of capital expenditure justifications · Adhoc projects example – machine costing and overhead recovery rates, preparation of financial scenarios · Co-ordination and preparation of the divisional and group budgets and forecasts · Maintaining and supporting the internal financial reporting system · Update and maintain Chart of Accounts for the various companies in the group · Developing and maintaining relationships with all levels of the organisation · Understanding the complex manufacturing and accounting environment CIMA, B Comm or equivalent High competency in terms of Advanced Excel Skills, understanding database tables and structures 5 years management accounting and financial analysis experience Crystal report and SQL scripting would be an advantage Team management experience Wide exposure to the financial accounting environment Cost to company including compulsory pension and optional medical aid... - Permanent - Full-time
