Ericsson - Johannesburg, Gauteng - Job Summary: We are now looking for a Payroll Delivery Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa countries to perform end to end Payroll Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors. In addition, the role is accountable for other payroll services, covering employer tax, SAP, compliance/governance (SOX), expats pay & treatment of tax for all Sub-Saharan Africa countries. Responsibilities: Overall manage the end to end payroll delviery for all Sub-Saharan Africa countries with the support of HR Administrators and Payroll Vendor. Provide Tax authorities with information regarding payroll taxes and government fees. Prepare and upload the required payroll JVs and coordinate with shared services center Respond to employees/managers about payroll related queries and induction on Sub-Saharan Africa countries payroll Prepare End of Services settlement within the deadlines for leavers and provide the cost info to the Business payroll Perform rule compliance control and take actions according to work instructions Assist Business HR in to their day to day affaires related to payroll Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within required area Strong knowledge of all Sub Saharan Africa countries payroll Presentation and communication skills Proactive, service oriented mind-set Analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Additional Requirements: Must have prior payroll experience for all Sub-Saharan Africa countries.
