Ensure existing and new client base is serviced in terms of the company requirements. Work with the regional sales manager and specification consultant to ensure specifications and leads are turned into orders. Ensure product knowledge is adequate to sell the complete range. Perform research and market analysis on competitors and new opportunities. Maintain and improve relationships with approved applicators. Maintain professional etiquette and representation in the market. Visit at least 25 clients per week and provide weekly feedback on projects, opportunities and success. Aim for a hit rate of 1 in 4 calls. Ensure an 80% customer satisfaction rate. This will be measured after the first 3 months. Effective communication and support to our applicators. Meet sales target per month within the next three months. Sourcing of new business (flooring) and market development opportunities. Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills and a passion for sales. Must have at least 2-5 years sales experience. Must have own vehicle. Knowledge of the chemical / construction / paint / polymer industry an added advantage. Package R 19 000 Basic, R 4 500 Travel, Fuel Card, Laptop/I-Pad, Cellular phone, Pension, Medical Aid & Group Life. Monthly commission based on sales targets achieved.
